We are excited to be bringing back Kate from Dulcedo who brings a wealth of experience for a beauty and fashion workshop where we will focus on natural light and strobe setups to achieve a few beauty looks and a few fashion looks to help you build your portfolio. Styling is provided and will be some of the colours and styles of the current season.

For workshops we will utilize our large space to socially distance all participants and provide a safe environment. We do ask that all photographers wear a mask throughout their time in the building and sanitize their hands upon entering with the sanitizer provided for everyone’s safety.

Who Should Attend?

Our workshops at The Production Studio are here to provide you with a means to expand your photographic knowledge or allow you to just come out and shoot to help build your portfolio. We hire the best talent and work with agencies to provide cost effective and efficient workshops that will guide you in your photographic journey.

What you will need to bring:

• A DSLR camera

• Fully Charged Battery

• Freshly Formatted Memory Card(s)

• General Lenses – 24-70mm, 24-105mm and 70-200mm If you have a macro lens, 50mm or 85mm please bring it along. It really depends on the type of workshop

• Pocket Wizards (if you have your own, otherwise one will be provided for you)
Sony/Minolta DSLR Owners:
ATTENTION!!!! Some Sony cameras use a proprietary hot-shoe for their cameras; you will need to bring your own hot shoe adapter to attach to your camera so our studio's wireless trigger can communicate with your camera

• Bring along a list of shots you’d like to achieve or posing ideas. It can help to ensure that you get the perfect image.

Model Release

A model release for non-commercial purposes, signed by the model, will provided to each photographer. All photographs from the photo shoot can be used for personal promotional purposes in your portfolio, on the web, in print media such post cards.

Cancellation Policy

If you register for one of our workshops please note the cancellation policy. If you register you have up to 7-14 days (depending on the workshop) to cancel with a full refund. Please understand that the cancellation policy is there to help ensure that classes are able to run for both the studio, models and MUA. While we understand that things come up, think of purchasing a workshop as purchasing a ticket for an event or concert. In those instances you do not get a refund. That being said, If you cancel within those 7 days and I am able to find someone to replace you I will issue a full refund.

We are lucky to bring in an amazing ballerina, Tiffany, whose photos you can see from the main image for the workshop.

Tiffany has been a dancer for many years and will help us create some stunning and dynamic images in studio.

Please note for the safety of the ballerina we will not be doing jumps but we are able to create stunning images using fabric and other movement/poses.

We are excited to be bringing back Niki. An amazing model to do some great fashion sets with colourful and ornate sarees. The sari (often spelled 'saree'), is a garment traditionally worn in India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nepal. We are having this workshop styled and will be doing one beauty set and 3 gorgeous outfits.
